Balak ko mag VAGCOM or VCDS, ano ba ang pinaka cheapest option ko

I have OBD11 din. I think software mostly ang babayaran mo sa vcds then bibili ka pa ng cable.
Altho I havent considered since kuntento ako sa OBD11 atm :)
