Is excluding DOTA 2, an insult to the Filipino gaming community?

For me, as a DOTA amateur player for my University, it's quite frustrating that this has happened, given that DOTA has been the bread and butter of Philippine esports for so long, that we owe it to DOTA for the vast majority of MOBA game enthusiasts in the Ph.
