This one depends on what you really want to be good at. My team mates and I knows how to handle most of the weapons in CSGo but we all started to focus on something. Crosshair, enemy movements, always aim for the head. Think like the enemy and know their positions. Pistol mastery even without a primary weapon etc.
But always remember to enjoy the game and don't stress on it too much. You win some, you lose some!

Learning the timing of strafe/side step while you shoot greatly improved my confidence in game. Seeing enemy top frag miss means I'm doing something right.
