Hey everyone! I’ve been playing a lot of online games lately and noticed some annoying latency issues. I’ve tried a few things like optimizing my router settings and closing background apps, but I’m still experiencing some lag. Does anyone have additional tips or tricks to effectively reduce latency? Maybe some settings in the game itself or hardware upgrades that could help? Would love to hear your thoughts!

If you already did all of that maybe its ISP problem na rather than your home connection.

Just a uestion what device are you using for gaming? If its a pc its better to use LAN connection. if your on a Phone uwsing a wifi connection it can be your stock ISP modem/router is the problem you can buy good separate wifi router connect that to your modem and assign it as Access point then disable the wifi connection to your ISP modem/router so the one who will probvide wifi connection is your freshly bought routers.

Stock ISP modem/router often struggle when theres a heavy load like theres a lot of connected device which cause packet loss and sudden latency spikes.

Hope it helps

Yeah, totally agree! A good router can make a huge difference, especially with all the devices connected at home. Also, using a LAN connection if you're on PC is a game changer. Have you tried any specific routers that really helped?
