try focusing on 1 champ only, if you didn't get the champ that you want, you need to have 2 back up champs that you have a confidence to play with

Play easy mid champions muna like yung comfortable ka laruin lower your champion pool kase baka ma overwhelm ka pag sinubukan mo lahat ng mga mid champions haha

Manage your tilt and focus on objective brudder. I also find staying positive helps. compliment your team for good plays.
