Hi guys, I know this is an old thread but I need some help. I'm having problems with the old TNT sim na mayroon ako since di pa sya 4g ready, matakaw masyado sa data kasi.
Yung Smart Center dito sa amin, ayaw nila akong i-assist dahil prepaid daw ako, at laging sinasabing wala nang sim upgrade.

I would need to subscribe to a postpaid daw in order for me to retain my old sim number (which I'm using for my digital bank accounts and others)

Ayaw ko naman since this is a very bad business practice luring customers into getting a plan which other people don't need.
Can you let me know if I have other options or should I just replace my old sim and get a new sim card for the 4g/5g features.

Just replace na lang then update your number sa digital bank accounts and others make sure mo lang for your safe na din.
