In all seriousness, while MIF is prone to corruption and the Marcoses' reputation are one of the biggest factors that should and could sway Filipinos' opinion against MIF, the fact that we (probably) don't have surplus (excess) funds, our debts are still around the highest it has ever been for the past 2 decades, + (crippling) inflation means that PH shouldn't be doing this kinds of risks.
