Personally I think they're fine on minor roads (residential area, subdivisions, villages, etc.) but on highways??? Hell no. They're a safety hazard especially because one does not need any kind of license or seminar to be able to own and drive one. Keep them out of the damned highway is what I'd like to say.

Same as scooters and motor bikes na din. Kailangan na din dapat Ng lisensya at rehistro Yung mga e bike na kaya bumiyahe sa main roads. Pero yung mga di kaya tumakbo Ng atleast 60 kmph kahit siguro Hindi irehistro at may lisensya Ang driver ok lang
