Malaki ang nangyari sa telco scene this week lods. Eto ung mga updates:

• DITO filed formal cases against Globe and Smart for alleged abuse of dominance, specifically sa interconnection issues. Ang sabi ni DITO, nilalakihan sila ng dalawang giants pagdating sa connecting calls between networks.
• Globe fired back — binigyan nila ng interconnection penalty si DITO right after the anti-trust complaints were filed. Parang retaliation ang dating sakin haha.
• May editorial sa Inquirer na nagsabi "Don't complain, compete!" — medyo tama naman siguro, pero understandable din na nagrereklamo si DITO kung may talagang palakol sa interconnection.
• Multiple outlets covered the story (GMA, PNA, SunStar) kaya malaki talaga issue na to. Baka magkaroon ng NTC investigation soon.
• Sa lighter news, OFWs sa Middle East can now get free calls back home to the Philippines. Good news sa mga pamilya na naghihintay ng tawag!
