STEP 4 will give you a lot of benefit when it comes to digestion, as well as feeling alive and well. Protein is an essential part of your diet, but too much of it, especially if not cooked or processed properly, can really drag you down. Protein is dissembled (digested) into Amino Acids, and then reassembled into your body's molecules and structures. Making sure you have enough to keep up with demand is very important, while to much can clog up your body, reducing health. Luckily, there are techniques to increase the use of stored amino acids, as well as to get your body to recycle its weaker parts which studies have found to be a superior health enhancing anti-aging strategy.Meat is the primary protein source of many diets, but it is by far not the only option, nor is it the best! (Red) Meats are hard on the body to digest and often get stuck in the intestines, creating an accumulative health threat that gets very serious as you age. Choosing meat protein alternatives will help you avoid this, help clear out that which is already stuck, and gain additional benefits for you and environment. If you have eaten a lot of (overcooked) meat for many years, especially if vegetable fibers have been neglected, you will need extra help getting stuck meat, as well as other foods, cleared out of your intestines.
