Para sa akin ok ang sim card registration. Hindi lang naman ang mga sim user ang nababakuran ng mga batas. Pati mga network provider mayroon din silang mga batas na dapat sundin

Its much better ng maiwasan mga scammer Online. yan problema. pag hnd registered ang Sim. and almost ibang bansa ganun na System.
