With the increasing mental health issues among teenagers and the rise of social media influence, do you think it's time to implement rules or limits on how much social media teens can use? Some argue it affects their self-esteem and social skills, while others believe it's a crucial tool for connection in today's world. What's your take?

When I was a teenager, I would’ve hated this idea. Now I’m older and thinking about the content I viewed on social media and the internet more broadly when I was young, I’d absolutely ban it. Also try reading through a teen girls message requests (did it with my sister), and the amount of fully grown adult men trying to message her was sickening. I would prefer to wait until they are 18 before social media rots their brains.
