As we know, climate change is a pressing issue that affects us all. I've been reading a lot about how shifting towards a plant-based diet can significantly reduce our carbon footprint. Do you think it's time for the Philippines to seriously consider promoting plant-based lifestyles? Would it be effective in addressing our environmental issues, or do you believe traditional diets are too ingrained in our culture? Curious to hear everyone's thoughts!

I don’t think so. Meat is nutritionally very dense. Also lab grown meat with a lower carbon footprint has just been approved in the US. The Asian diet is very low on protein compared to the rest of the world. I don’t think a plant based diet should ever be applied to children.

North and South Koreans are essentially the same population genetically, yet decades of differences in nutrition and living conditions have produced a height gap of roughly 3–6 cm on average, particularly among younger adults.
