KEEP A FRIENDLY AND HEALTHY DISCUSSION. NO AD-HOMINEMS AND THE LIKES. NO TOXIC BEHAVIOR.

As the inauguration for the newly-elected leaders approaches, what are your thoughts on our new leaders? Ano sa tingin mo mga mangyayari at magbabago during the course of 6 years?
I'll start. According to the profiles of some newly-elected leaders, we could all agree na their qualities as a leader is questionable. Bilang isang democratic citizen, it is okay to question ang capabilities ng leaders at magiging leaders natin and what I've gathered from past elections ever since 2000s (or earlier) is that nagiging malabo, or malabo na, ang role ng senators sa Pilipinas. Mostly ng mga tumatakbo are retired artists o mga artista na hindi na relevant, and kapag nag background check ka sa kanila, their education is questionable, they hardly know anything about sa batas, kaya naman kapag magpapatupad sila ng batas eh ang nangyayari is nag eend up lang na disapproved mostly. And then these senators will just slack off sa trabaho nila and reap big chunks ng sweldo nila.

I think it is probably best for our country na mag enforce ng strict qualifications according sa posisyon sa administration (senate, president, vp, etc.) para na babakuran ang mga questionable candidates na may maitim na balak. Imagine mas madali pang tumakbo bilang senador kesa sa pagiging kahera sa 7-11. Maganda ito para napipilitan rin ang mga botante na bumoto sa marurunong sa batas and I think that is a good start para umunlad ang 3rd-world country natin. Long way to go pero little by little para sa mga susunod na henerasyth
We could've had the chance to see the light again but what the people gave us was darkness. Another 6 years of anti left propagandas and i think we're in the verge of another people power

I'd rather have him than his predecessor. I think he's the smartest WINNABLE candidate we could ever elect.

Which says something about the electoral process and our voters.

I abstained during this national elections, and I don't regret it. It's only too bad that the decision of the majority heavily effects the rest of us. God, all the price of staple commodities, fare, and services nowadays seemed like a fever dream only half a decade ago.
