Proxy Performance During Peak Hours

I've been using proxies for a while now, but I've noticed that during peak hours, the performance can really slow down. Has anyone else experienced this? Do you have any tips on how to maintain a good speed or avoid slowdowns during these times? Maybe certain providers are better than others? Would love to hear your thoughts!
