Saw this Programming 2024 conference happening in Lund, Sweden this March. Made me wonder if anyone here has been to programming conferences before? Are they actually worth it for learning and networking, or mostly just for big companies? Thinking of suggesting it to my team but don't want to waste the budget if it's just hype. What's been your experience with programming conferences - any recommendations for ones that actually deliver value?
