Depende sa usage, pero madalas ay every 1-2 years na pagpapalit ng thermal paste, lalo na kung heavy user ka. Kung nag-o-overheat yung system mo o mas mataas yung temps kaysa dati, magandang idea rin na palitan. Regular maintenance lang, para sure na optimal pa rin yung cooling. Solid reminder!
