If you want the lastest spec., you also need to consider if your PSU, else just pick a 3000 series sa 2nd hand market , if you have trust issues on buying one on the 2nd hand market, have a friend w/ you for 2nd opinion or bring a test bench(portable test PC) to test it.

I think its better to wait for new gen maybe until amd releases theirs. then buy a brand new 3000 series card if you have you trust issues with used cards.

Go for 3000 series. If you will just be playing at 1080p. Lates 4000 series is goods para sa mga gamers na gusto na mag jump with higher resolution.

For 1080p gaming. Halos same na ng fps ang 3070 vs 3090. While using ryzen 7 5th gen.
If 4k or 2k reso gaming doon mo makikita ang fps difference
