Okay yan, ganyan investment ko pero hindi exactly foreclosed, parang pasalo ba, basta minake sure ko na okay lahat yung papers and titolo. Much better kung wala ka pang pamilya and other responsibilities, and plan to finish paying before you get those responsibilities (family, children, car etc.).
