It all boils down to our national security. Yes we need it in preparation of an imminent attack. Hindi dahil gusto natin mag ka gyera kundi we need to protect ourselves if incase.

This. Mandatory ROTC with more lenient rules. I see its pros pero may Cons den na dati pa nageexist na tulad ng abuse of power within orgs

Okay lang sana as long as respected din ung right to abstain ng student if di talaga sya capable of amateur military training.
