Problem ng mandatory ROTC yung mga namatay dati. As long medyo relax na sila edi mas ok. Nasa implementation

Sang ayon ako sa mandatory ROTC basta ma regulate or mabantayan, walang power tripping altough parang imposible. Maganda rin kasing may matinong disiplina tao if ever successful ang ROTC.
