It should never be mandatory. Let the student choose what they want. Ako noon nag ROTC kahit may NSTP naman sa college. Dahil doon mas maluwag at maayos ang ROTC kasi may kakumpetinsya silang subject sa college.

forever no talaga sa mandatory rotc. nawawala yung freedom of choice ng mga student at dumadagdag pa sa education crisis yung extrang subject na bitbitin. for the past years naman nakita natin na di talaga effective at kadalasang nagiging corrupt yung systems ng rotc sa mga schools kaya it is a no no
