Meh. Kung disiplina ang gusto nilang mangyari, hindi ROTC sagot diyan. Ang disiplina sa bahay nagsisimula yan. Pagsisimulan lang ng bullying yan. Mga officer nga namin nung highschool sa NSTP mga wala naman kwenta. Bully pa yung iba

Volunteer lang dapat. ROTC doesn't really teach discipline. Nasa tao po nanggagaling yun and sa mga nagiinfluence sakanya

Dapat maayos muna ang systema bago maging mandatory. Dapat hindi ito maging way ng mas maraming pang aabuso

Idt ROTC should be for discipline rather for actual national defense, also cant trust the military with the hazing going around but if the system becomes better then why not
