We might see more AMD GPUs at the low-mid end come over here, which could lower prices overall, if we expect AMD to try undercutting Nvidia this generation, just as they are trying to do with the flagships.
With regards to the CPUs, expect non-X versions to come around mid-January, with lower prices. AMDs already started lower prices for their existing Zen 4 CPUs due to poor sales, and these non-X versions will be priced below their -X counterparts.
Motherboards are too expensive right now (early-adopter tax), wait for them to come by boat and be priced lower around the same time. We could also see A620 boards soon for more budget-conscious buyers, but I'm sure AMD's still going to try pushing customers to their B- and X- motherboards first. At least DDR5 is getting more similar to DDR4 pricing (barring high-end memory).
