Well for me for the past 8 failed relationship, minsan kasi d ko masasabing love agad if he/she is giving you this and that kasi wants yun eh, masasabi mong love if he/she is providing you something that is not worth the money price like emotions, yung typical na pahinga talaga na binibigay sayo that's what i can call love. IF lust nman talaga xmpre simula pa lang mai harutan na talaga, i've been there done that and frankly speaking waste of time. Better invest in something na alam mong mai mutual understanding kayo and xmpre analyze ur partner's goals sa buhay baka nman after nya kang jowain tapos toxic pala no?

If you willingly sacrifice (or doing it unconsciously) for the betterment nung other person, then I would say love na yun. You would be amazed at the things you do (or can do) once you're in love.

Try to step back and look at all the things you've been doing for him/her. If ginagawa mo lahat yun, pero wala kang hinihintay na kapalit (i.e., sex, etc.) then you're in love.
