The BAD NEWS is you are controlled every day by the news, media, governments, corporations, and even your own peers by these biases. Which often lead you to behave in their best interest, not your own (think Novelty Bias, like the burning desire to have the newest fashion or tech).
The GOOD NEWS is that each bias can be used for your benefit, not just your detriment (think building good habits like learning a new skill through Commitment Consistency Bias--a new skill such as understanding the Cognitive Biases, for instance).
