Now it comes to this: do I learn how to use Bootstrap or do I hardcode css with this in my head? Hmm... what to do... what to do.

LoOoOoOL. "CSS Framework" ang Bootstrap. Di mo kelangan ito matutunan para maging magaling na web designer. Ang Boostrap ay ginawa para mapadali ang mga bagay-bagay marami pa diyang katulad ng Bootstrap. Ang Foundation, Skeleton at iba pa.
