Never to late to study programming. I honestly enjoy teaching it again and again cuz even though I'm an instructor already, I'm still learning how to do things everyday!

For me learning the foundations of programming yung pinakaimportant part (functions,arrays,object oriented programming, data structure, i may be missing some more but this is mostly what i use in the industry)
and learning a programming language that you're comfortable with. Then once na feel mo okay ka dun, don't be afraid na magexplore ng other languages you will notice they almost all have the same concept of programming just different ways to do it.

Then sa work yung actual deployment and processes pag nagawa ng website from scratch to completion.
Talking as someone with 5yrs of exp as a Full-stack developer.
