I think in terms of skill they absolutely can. BUT in all other aspects i.e. tech, equipment, facilities, etc. I think not.

Skill wise and survivability, sobrang hasa ang ang special force natin like scout rangers kasi halis sa gubat na nakatira mga yan, pero if may involve na equipments, sobrang naiiwan tayo, which if meron, for sure kayang kaya makipag sabayan
