Been playing for three years straight non-stop and I can say. This game is very good. But dont be so attach to it. Just stop when u does not felt like it anymore.

Enjoy the early stage of the game

Don't focus too much on artifacts and waste your fragile resins early on. Also, don't expect you'll enjoy the story as a whole since Hoyoverse is not that friendly to newcomers, storywise. Expect you'll miss some of those exclusive event weapons that everyone is hyping about for the new character. Simply put, just explore and enjoy the scenes as they unfold before you. No need to stress about the meta. Outside of Co-Op, there is nothing stopping you from playing the game in single-player.
