Hindi pa naaayos ang sistema, walang interoperability, hindi seamless ang paglipat sa tren to bus to jeeps, at hindi konektado lahat ng sakayan sa destinasyon. Magandang halimbawa ang Singapore dito. Napakaayos ng transpo system nila kasi lahat konektado, centralized, at walang hassle lumipat ng bus to tren to taxis.

They can do this by phase, research gaano kalakas foot traffic, plan jeepney routes. Reset franchises, stay at the limit. Saka improve mass vehicle movements ( good job bus lane) pero band aid padin kasi not unless they can reinforce in city bus routes na wala sa EDSA andyan padin congestion ng private cars and tricycles etc .
