Other option is to apply as a student studying Japanese language (though mahal ang tuition) and maghanap ng sponsor na company or amo who will apply for a working visa for you, since classes are half-day lang naman.

I know people din na nagtourist visa for 2 weeks para makapag apply sa mga companies then bumalik sa pilipinas while waiting for their call tapos yung company na inapplyan nila. Easiest pala na applyan is hotels since Filipinos are known to be very neat when cleaning, di gaya ng ibang lahi (like Viets or Chinese, no offense) na "half-done" daw ang gawa.

If you know someone na may "Humanitarian Visa", sila usually yung may most effective power to invite you to visit Japan. And usually if nainvite ka ng "Humanitarian Visa" holder, embassy usually give 1-6 months of tourist visa.

Sana po nakatulong kahit konti.
Peace out!
