Anyone havings issues with HBIT? I am unable to download. It just loops. After clicking "Slow Download" > Countdown > "Download/Save" > Page just reloads.

Tried different browsers, different connections (different wifi, with VPN and without VPN), different devices, same issue.

Checked the threads but I cannot find anyone posting the same issue. Is anyone else experiencing this as well? What did you do to fix this issue?

Nakaka-frustrate talaga yan kapag nag-loop ang download. I've experienced something similar before with HBIT.

Try mo ito:
- Clear mo yung cookies at cache ng browser mo (kahit sabi mo different browsers na, worth a shot pa rin)
- Disable mo lahat ng extensions lalo na yung ad blockers or script blockers momentary
- Make sure na naka-login ka sa HBIT account mo – sometimes kasi yung free download ay gumagana lang kapag logged in

Kung ganoon pa rin, baka server-side issue yan sa HBIT. Usually temporary lang yan, so subukan mo ulit after a few hours. Minsan kasi nag-mamaintenance sila or may congestion.

Also, next time, better mag-post sa proper section ng Support or Help area para mas mabilang makatulong sa'yo ang mga members and mods. Baka kasi may dedicated thread na para sa ganyang issues doon.

Might be a server issue. Fixed mine by trying again few minutes/hrs. and some I just gave up LOL
