HBIT.TO Question Issue on downloading files in HBIT

Hi, I'm having an issue while downloading filea from HBIT links. It tells na I have an outstanding concurrent download and I have to complete it before I download another one. But, in my case wala akong pending download na in progress. Tried to delete my caches, re-login my account, and refresh my browser. Kaso ganon pa rin. Wala ako makitang related issue na posted here.

Anyone na naka-experience ng ganito - pano fix nyo? Thank you!
