With all the online dating apps and social media, do you guys think technology is actually making us more isolated and affecting our real-life relationships? I see a lot of people struggling to connect face-to-face while they're glued to their screens. What do you think? Are we losing the ability to communicate without a phone in hand?

for sure, i find that i spend way more of time in a chair online watching streams, playing games on the phone etc. Especially living in a place now where I don't have any of my friends, it's easy to just get more isolated. It defenitely has not become an innate thing to socialize, it's like you have to put in effort and practice to communicate especially with meeting new people.
