I've been reading a lot about pair programming lately and wanted to get everyone's thoughts on it. Do you find it beneficial in your projects? Or does it feel more like a hindrance? I'm curious about both sides of the debate, especially for those who've implemented it in their workflow. Any tips or experiences to share?
