mahina talaga signal ng iphone, pero try resetting the network settings

If im not mistaken, there were few old models of iphone that have antenna issues, a friend of mine pressed the top corner of the screen and sometimes the signal is okay again. If you tech savy enough, you can try opening it yourself maybe reseating the cable

Check your connection make sure na ung phone talaga yung issue. Try to remove ung case pwedeng makainterfere yun sa signal if meron. If mero physical damage it could be hardware issue ung mga signal receptors. But as many have said its best to upgrade. You deserve it!

I think you have hardware issue.. it's too old
