instant ramen of choice

once cooked add in the egg, kewpie, ramen powder mix.

magiging creamy and extra savory po ang ramen niyo
Never thought about using kewpie sa mga ramen. Creamy + Spicy sounds like a good combo. Will try this some time. Thank you sa info!

here's mine
  1. Noodles: High-quality ramen noodles are a must. You can find fresh or dried ramen noodles in many Asian grocery stores. The texture and thickness of the noodles can vary, so choose according to your preference.
  2. Broth: The broth is a crucial component of ramen. There are different types of ramen broth, including tonkotsu (pork bone), shoyu (soy sauce), shio (salt), and miso (soybean paste). Each has its unique flavor profile.
  3. Protein: Common protein choices include chashu (braised pork belly), chicken, shrimp, or tofu for a vegetarian option. Chashu is a favorite for its tender, flavorful qualities.
  4. Toppings: Ramen is all about the toppings. Popular options include sliced green onions, bamboo shoots, seaweed (nori), corn, bean sprouts, soft-boiled or marinated eggs (ajitsuke tamago), and sliced wood ear mushrooms.
  5. Aromatics: Garlic oil (mayu) and fresh garlic, as well as ginger, are often used to add depth of flavor to the broth.
  6. Seasonings: Soy sauce, miso paste, and salt are commonly used to season the broth. You can adjust the seasoning to your taste.
  7. Sesame seeds: Toasted sesame seeds or sesame oil can add a nutty, aromatic flavor to your ramen.
  8. Chili paste or oil: If you like your ramen spicy, consider adding chili paste or chili oil (rayu) to taste.
  9. Vegetables: In addition to bean sprouts, you can add spinach, bok choy, or other leafy greens for extra texture and nutrition.
  10. Condiments: Some people like to add condiments like Japanese seven spice (shichimi togarashi) or a squeeze of lime or lemon for a citrusy kick.

bulk it up with vegetables (cabbage, bok choy, etc.) and an egg. simplicity is bliss.
