Oks Python pag introductory language. Mas important programming principles matutunan when starting out. Once familiar na with control flow, variables etc. mas madali na to learn a diff language. Ako personally teach with Python then switch to Golang.

yes, Python is a good way to start. if your cousin is much younger, you can start with Scratch as well (graphical language sya designed tlga for child education)

Python mejo all around, but if salary habol mo i would suggest to combine it with other technologies like web dev or automation
