depending on budget if d ka restricted. another is your ISP speed ng internet mo. recommended is mobo mo 2 ram slot lng for better speedz prefer 2x16gb 3600mhz ram sticks dont buy mobo with builtin wifi kasi mas maganda naka lan cable ka sa router for max speed and di ka masyado mag loss ng packets, go with ryzen 5 2nd gen w/o the intergrated graphics kung plano mo mag bili ng grphics card then rtx 3060 if kaya or any na atleast 8gb or 4gb if mag video card ka wag mo na sulitin monitor and go 144hz ref rate. go with nvme ssd 1tb ang 2tb hard drive. dont liquid cool but air cool

Depending on your usage if its for gaming then focus on your GPU if its for compiling then focus on your Processor. And make sure that you atleast have 16 gb of RAM because nowdays even opening a browser requires so much RAM and if its under 16 gb of ram then the chance of getting a blue screen is higher
