its sad how devs and publishers stopped making good RTS games. maybe its because theres more money in making grindy games with microtransactions

Remember when RTS games were all the rage? The command & conquer series (except C&C 4, ew haha), Red Alert, and did anyone here play Dune? Dune 2000? going into warcraft and starcraft. Those were the days.
Now, I'm kinda subdued to playing 4x Strategy games (Civ series) which i still love, but i miss the faster pace of RTSs. Do you guys thing they'll make a comeback? or has time just moved on.
