Might not be aim but gear get 144 hz then watch tons of guides on holding angles and micro adjustments. Because in valorant you don’t need incredible aim!

Get an aim trainer and really focus on practicing to train your weak points (for me it's tracking, flicking is second nature for me though so I didn't focus on it too much.)
