Strategy games that are something to play in the bathroom haha. Try company of heroes and total war series in mobile. It's a great port from PC cost a bit of bucks but it's worth it.

I recently got a new phone after a year of not having one, I usually like games like Red Alert, Battle realms and Civ games are fun too

Can you recommend good strategy games that I can play on my phone? Offline games are best something I can play while unloading in the bathroom HAHA

Alright, this is a legit strategy mobile game for you phone. PIXEL DUNGEON or YET ANOTHER PIXEL DUNGEON (more difficult but more content)

This is a game where you play as either a warrior, rogue, mage, or hunter.
Stats are important in wielding weapons and wearing armor
Make sure you properly identify the items as some of them are cursed and not removable once equipped
You make your way through levels and levels underground, killing enemies and collecting important loot.
There is crafting (potions and food items) which would be valuable as you descend the levels
Hunger is an aspect of this game where you lose health when you reach the level of extreme hunger
There is permadeath (When you die, you lose everything and start again)
