Any thoughts on Heizou? As a low spender, should I try getting him (even though we all know pulling for 4 stars is harder) or should I just continue saving for Kazuha?

Heizou is good for me, pero for reaction teams lang like vape or electro-charged. But all in all ganda ng kit niya and I like his playstyle though, the damage might be lower than expected but it is what it is.

if gusto mo talaga si heizou go for it. pero for 4stars you only need xingqiu xiangling bennett fischl then kaya mo na iclear most of the contents ng game
