Schengen Visa is probably the hardest one since this Visa comprises a lot of well developed countries in Europe. However, the actual difficulty will vary depending on which embassy of a country under Schengen you will apply your Visa in.

I am sure the two are American Visa and Singapore Visa

I think with the current presidency, America is probably the hardest but I have been told Canada has been tough to get visa as well at the moment due to the high immigrant.
