Handheld I would still go with the switch or upcoming switch 2, many and varied games meant to be played on it.
The others are more of handheld PC games which I personally find not great on such small screens although most are much more powerful performance wise compared to the switch.
So unless you have many games in your steam library and have long commutes to really game on the go, I wouldn't really go for the others.
