The rumour on social media right now is the person behind leaking 90 videos of Grand Theft Auto VI may have been arrested.
City Of London Police, are the police force responsible for looking after the Financial District called the City Of London and not the capital city itself.
They are also responsible for investigating fraud and online breaches to services.

The group behind the hacking is a group called Lapsus$. The owner of the group is a 17 year old boy from Oxfordshire, who was arrested and bailed by The City Of London Police earlier this year for amassing over £10 Million through hacking companies such as Microsoft, Samsung and more.
