IN PHOTOS | 10th Infantry (Agila) Division Commander MGen Nolasco A Mempin led the Donning of Ranks Ceremony for newly promoted officers held at the Balunto Hall, Camp General Manuel T Yan Sr., Mawab, Davao De Oro on January 23, 2023.
Colonel Joseph Jeremias Cirilo C Dator, Commanding Officer of the 10th Military Intelligence Battalion, and Colonel Victorino M Seño, 10ID Assistant Chief of Staff for Operations, G3, were both promoted to the rank of Colonel.
In his speech, MGen Mempin congratulated both officers for the well-deserved promotion. He also encouraged everyone to aim with fierce determination and achieve higher feats.
“Let me emphasize that promotion is not an award for jobs well done, but rather, recognition of an individual with great potential for leadership or increased ability in his chosen field as compared to others when exposed to the same situation,” MGen Mempin added.
