Globe's 5G speeds surprisingly beating Smart in Makati?

Guys, I've been testing 5G speeds around Makati for the past week and I'm shocked to find that Globe is consistently giving me faster speeds than Smart. I always thought Smart had the better 5G coverage in Metro Manila. Has anyone else experienced this? I'm getting around 200-300 Mbps with Globe while Smart is only giving me 100-150 Mbps in the same spots. Maybe Globe's upgrades are finally paying off? What's your experience with 5G speeds in your area lately?
