if you want cryo dps, then go straight blizzard tas offset na cryo dmg

Maybe kahit may rosaria, take advantage of cryo melt as well but flex cryo

yeah but for me she's better pag sub dps with 4pc blizzard

Id say phys build rosaria with crescent pike tapos phys dmg artifact set
